Project Introduction
ZetaVoice was created as a university project aimed at promoting culture and tourism through selected social channels. The theme was chosen by the professor, but I contributed to developing a unique strategy, particularly during two live tweeting workshops, where I devised an innovative approach to maximize audience engagement and collaboration with other groups.
Role and Responsibilities
Role Title: Social Media Analyst and Content Creator
Responsibilities Description: I was responsible for managing Twitter, developing content, and monitoring engagement. I led two live tweeting workshops, adopting an ironic and original approach that captured the attention of both the professor and other participants. I created a network of conversations on other groups’ posts, significantly increasing interaction.
Specific Objectives
- Promote culture and tourism using social media strategies.
- Maximize engagement during the workshops, actively involving both the professor and other groups.
- Build an interactive and inclusive online community.
Strategy and Approach
During the live tweeting workshops, each group presented their progress and received live comments from others. While others stuck to standard comments, I chose an ironic and sarcastic tone, distinguishing myself and capturing the interest of the professor and participants. I also adopted a cross-interaction strategy, commenting on other groups’ posts to create a network of conversations and increase engagement both online and offline.
Results and Achievements
This innovative approach led to victories in both live tweeting contests, receiving recognition from both the professor and fellow competitors. The strategy adopted resulted in increased engagement and made ZetaVoice a reference point during the workshops.
